The DEVIL, you say!
Instructor created lecture and as the recording progresses the sound becomes more and more garbled. The link is:

I wonder if it is a processor problem; a driver for the webcam he is using? We are recording using webcams, Polycom units and HD video cameras and seem to not have anyone else with the same problem. He is using a Dell 755 tower with a Logitech webcam with the sound being picked up from the webcam.

Inappropriate?Hi Bill,
We've taken a look at this recording and hear what you mean. Sorry for this, we'll see what we can do to help avoid this happening in the future.
Can you tell which video quality this user recorded with? Was it Web Ready, HQC, or Archival?
How much load was there on the computer doing the recording? Is it an older, slower machine with a lot running on it?
Do you know if you can reproduce this same problem on the same PC?
Also, can you tell me if this recording was Edited at all?
We would like to get on the phone with you to discuss the details of the recording computer.
Can you recommend a time for us to call to discuss this?
Thank you,
Andy
