az doesn't launch; can't setup account
I tried to install az on a winxp system. I received a data exec prevention (DEP) error, but it appeared to install okay. However, it never launched the az client that's supposed to connect me to the Azigo site to setup an account. I searched the install directory for a setup file, found some exe's, but none of them seemed to do it. I looked for an az program in the DEP list but didn't see anything. I don't know if it's affecting its execution, but how do I invoke the setup client.

Inappropriate?Hi - thanks for your question. Would like to ask a couple of baseline questions for you to help sort out this issue:
1. Do you have an Azigo "a" on your system tray (in the lower right or your system tray)? If not - please double click with Azigo "a" icon on your desktop.
2. Right mouse click on the Azigo "a" on your system tray, and select "Manage Cards" selection. This should either open up your card manager, or launch the Azigo account provision wizard to set up your new Azigo account. If the account wizard opens up, you should just be able to follow the wizard instructions to set up your account.
If these steps don't get you started, we are happy to support you via email support. Just pop us an email to supportteam@parityinc.net and we can follow up. If you had any screen shots of error messages, those are always helpful as well.
Best regards.
