Azigo is constantly popping up and getting in the way on my Mac.
Using Firefox 3.5.2 on OS X, I find that Azigo is regularly popping up and getting in my way when there's no information card being requested. Why is this? It seems to me that this program should never be visible to me unless I need to change configurations or I'm being asked for authorization to provide my card.

Inappropriate?Hi Brian - Apologies for this inconvenience. This is a bug. What version of Azigo do you have running currently on your Mac?
To determine the version number, all you need to do is open the Azigo application, click on the Help->About Azigo in the upper right of the application.
Best regards... -
Inappropriate? No apologies necessary. I feel strongly that there's a good effort going on behind this software and I want to do my part to help.
I'm running version 2.0.0.34. Going to "Check for updates" shows no new versions available, so I'm guessing I'm on the latest release. -
Inappropriate? Thanks Brian - we need to look into why the check for updates did not flag for you. We have a newer version - 2.0.0.35 that has fixes in place for these types of issues. If you would please go to www.azigo.com in your Firefox browser and click "Get Azigo" link and install the new version directly over the older version you have (no need to uninstall).
Once you finish this upgrade - please let us know if you still see the same issue.
Best regards. -
Inappropriate? Are there any logs I could collect for you that might help with the update flag?
-
Inappropriate? Not at this point Brian - we need to check some settings on our back-end first.
Will let you know if we need any further info from you - many thanks! -
Inappropriate?Sounds good. I'll go ahead and run the upgrade then.
-
Inappropriate?Well... the installer keeps crashing. I've recently upgraded to 10.6, so I'm guessing there's an issue there. I've got a crash report if you're interested.
-
Inappropriate?Yes - unfortunately we only support OSX 10.5. So that would be the reason the installer is crashing.
If you can open Finder and in top address bar on top of screen select Go, then Go To... and type in /tmp. Please look for and send us any fines in this directory that has any "azigo" name on it.
thanks -
Inappropriate? What's the best way for me to get the logs to you?
-
Inappropriate? The best bet is to go to this webpage and attach the files via this web form:

Thank you.
