Don't use a calendar date picker for entering a birthdate

Suggestion: don't use a calender date picker on a field where you need to enter a birthdate. It requires one click per year to jump back to your birth year. Instead, if you need to force a picker, use a drop-down for year, another one for month, another one for day.
