Inappropriate?Hello - thank you for reporting this issue. We have recently found this can be an issue for Mac users depending on how they upgrade to Firefox 3.5. Azigo will continue to work fine if the Firefox upgrade is done by going through the Firefox Help->Check for updates.
If the upgrade is done by other means, then the Azigo extensions are removed during the Firefox upgrade. The only workaround for the moment is to uninstall Azigo (see instructions here: https://service.azigo.com/icm-help/ch...) and re-install. You can re-install Azigo by going to http://www.azigo.com/ and clicking the 'get Azigo' button and following the instructions.
We are investigating a permanent solution to avoid this issue with Firfox 3.5 upgrades on OSX. Apologies in the meantime for any inconvenience.
