IdentitySelector Error:onInstall
I installed the updated version of Azigo (2.0.0.22).
When I start Firefox, it reports a JavaScript error:
When I go to a page that uses I-Cards (e.g. Azigo demonstration page) Firefox will just complain about a missing plugin (i.e. IdentitySelector does not work).

Inappropriate?Hi Samuel - apologies for any inconvenience caused by this error. Couple of questions for you:
1. On your Firefox browser, if you go to Tools->Add Ons, do you see both Azigo Connector and Azigo RemindMe there and if so, what versions?
2. If you close and restart all your Firefox browser sessions and go back to the RP page to try to log-in, do you get the same error message?
Thanks! -
Inappropriate? Also, do you have any other IdentitySelector extension installed on FF? Looking at the screenshot (chrome://identityselector) seems like the error is coming from a different extension. Azigo connector extension chrome url is chrome://azigoconnector. If you have any other IdentitySelector extension (openinfocard, digitalme, etc.), could you please disable it, restart FF and try again?
Also, FF may be caching the old extension list before Azigo install. Please try the following to clean the FF extensions cache.
1. Close FF
2. Open "My Computer", type %APPDATA%\Mozilla\FireFox\Profiles\xxx.default\ in address bar (where xxx is a random string generated by FF for your profile)
3. Delete the following files
extensions.cache
extensions.rdf
extensions.ini
Please DO NOT delete extensions FOLDER
FF will recreate deleted files on startup
4. Start FF and try again
Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Jeesmon

Inappropriate?1. Yes, I see both Azigo Connector 1.0.12 and Azigo RemindMe 1.0.0.4.
2. The JavaScript error appears as soon as I restart Firefox. The "Additional plugins are required..." message still appears after restart. -
Inappropriate? Thanks, Jacob. Apparently I had another Identity Selector. Disabling it solved the problem - the JavaScript error no longer appears. It seems that there's nothing wrong with Azigo - only an incompatibility issue with another Firefox extension.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Hi Samuel,
Glad to hear that you were able to run Azigo by disabling other Identity Selector extension. In any case I don't think you should be running more than one Identity Selector extension at the same time as they all trace the content on the page and add different listeners if the page has application/x-informationCard object. But if you can provide us the information on the other extension that you use we will test Azigo with that extension installed and see anything we can do to play nice with it. You can use http://www.azigo.com/email-support-te... to send us a private email.
Thanks,
Jeesmon
I’m happy
