encountering a problem, the program won't open on my pc.
ive loaded and installed the program on my computer and my storm, but when i go to launch it o my pc, i get a notice saying ParkVu-i2b has encountered a problem and needs to close. it doesn't let me get past that...help!

Inappropriate?I am having the same problem. I have also downloaded .NEt framework from the link provided in this post. Even after I restarted my computer, I am still getting the same error message. I am running XP.

I have the same issue. 6-16-09. I downloaded i2b installed and ran. It installed the .net and I rebooted. I then ran the install file again and it completed. Then I tried to launch it and received the non descriptive microsoft error. -

its in my toolbar with a red music note telling me it's signing my e-mail up
i am running windows 7 but the program is set to vista sp1 compaitibility
i signed up on my blackberry storm... but there is no accsess code required from what i have found on other threads.
why can't i get this program to work?
