Existential moment... I don't exist!
I am using iTunes 7, Blackberry Storm, and windows pro xp sp3. I have the client on the laptop, the app on the storm, but when I sign on the laptop using the generated access key, I get "having an existential moment, you don't exist" error? Whaddup wit dat??!

Inappropriate?The email address your signing in with on your laptop doesn't match the one you used for your storm. Did you receive a welcome email? Can you verify it is the same email you are using to sign in with?

Inappropriate?Sorry it's not working for you. The cleanest thing I can suggest is to delete the app from your blackberry and then reinstall. You can do that through app world or use our http://parkvu.com/downloads.aspx

Inappropriate?I am having this same issue for about 7 hours now. I see Service is not available on my Blackberry Bold. On the desktop client returns the error, "Time for an existential break down. you don't exist".
Troubleshooting steps followed:
1. Reinstalled app on my Blackberry (x2)
2. Reinstalled desktop client (x1)
3. .Net framework is installed correctly.
4. Attempted sign-up with three different email addresses.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Inappropriate?I did exactly all of Michaela's trouble shooting steps... as well... I did the purchase... I have BB 9000... I know I have data services (ATT employee)... I know this is an app error... It won't let me register on my computer as well... Same exact error messages...
What was the resolution for Michaela? -
Inappropriate?this is annoying. first i had problems with the i2b program not working, the problems downloading the Net 3.5 and the additional stuff, now that I should be in the clear i get this problem. It's amazing how i have to read this questions to find a POSSIBLE solution.

Inappropriate?The "service unavailable" error on your BlackBerry may happen if you have wifi enabled and are connecting to an open wifi network or hotspot that is not letting you access the internet. There are two things you can try to determine if this is what your running into.
1) open up a browser on your BlackBerry and go to a webpage. If you are unable to get to a webpage, i2b also will be unable to reach the ParkVu service. This can be overcome by following step 2.
2) disable your wifi connection. To do this, go to "Manage Connections" and disable "Wi-Fi" then save your preferences.
The "you don't exist" error on the desktop client will happen if you have not signed up with your BlackBerry client first or if the email address and/or password that you are using is different (it is case sensitive, so please be careful with capital letters) than the email and password used to signup on your BlackBerry.
Give that a try on your BlackBerry and let us know how it goes.

Inappropriate?I also have uninstalled and re-installed several different times. I have recieved the confirmation emial but when I try to log on with my pc if tells me that I do not exist. I have confirmed everything is correct with my information.

Inappropriate?Sorry you're having trouble. Sounds like a capitalization issue. Can you try signing into your PC by capitalizing the first letter of your email address?

Looks like you do not have a BlackBerry Curve 8900, Bold or Storm. i2b will only appear in App World if you have one of those devices. -
