Installed correct .NET and have logged in but still nothing happens...
I have program installed on my computer and i clicked on the link to install the right .NET, it let me login but after that nothing else happened and it won't open up. I'm get very irritated, what do I do?

Inappropriate?First question, are you seeing any error messages?
If not when you do click to launch it, in the lower right hand corner do you see a little blue note icon in the system tray? If you right click on that you should see the status of uploads.
On your BlackBerry do you have playlists available? -
Inappropriate?I am having the same problem. I see the blue note in the system tray, but when I click on it, see the upload status is 0 active uploads and 0 completed uploads.
My BB "does not have any playlists for me yet". -

apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Has your problem been resolved?
if not can you please tell me if you happened to do a custom install of iTunes? Meaning is it installed in the default location or perhaps on another drive?
