All My Feeds Are Gone
I have had Miro for a year or so now and apart from a few problems it has worked great. Today, when I opened Miro up I had a crash and three windows popped up asking if I want to submit the crash report, I did. Now all of my painstakingly accumulated, alphabetical feeds, are gone. I tried to import my feeds again. I could see them all and clicked add, they showed up on the left side but the do not show up when I open Miro. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HELP ME. I NEED MY MIRO.(I'm running Vista home premium 64 bit).

Inappropriate? Can you please send me your log file? You can send it directly to jed at pculture dot org. Or you can post it in a bug, bugzilla.pculture.org (probably best, since we want to figure out what caused this and get it fixed).
Also, open Help -> Diagnostics and click show for database location and see if there is a file there called corrupt_database. If so, you can try to save it somewhere, and then rename it to sqlitedb in that same directory.
Then try to relaunch miro and see if that helps.

Inappropriate?I'm not that great with computer so bear with me, There are two files called corruption_database and corruption_database.1 How do I save save it somewhere else. Secondly, what exactly is my log file. Sorry I'm an idiot.

Inappropriate? If you are looking at the database files in your explorer, you should just be able to drag them to your desktop.
Then you can click in the title of 1 and type in to rename it to sqlitedb.
If you open Help Diagnostics, there is a heading that says Log File Location, click Show File. It should open your temp directory and display files like miro.log and miro.log.1... -
Inappropriate? So I took your advice with the sqlitedb and move them around a million times and somehow I got them back. Thanks you so much for all your help.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate? So Miro has worked well for a month or so but yesterday I opened it and got hit with the same old error messages. I took the old advice that worked before, I moved the corrupted database move it to the desktop, and put it back but when I tried to open it with the renamed corrupted database, I got the same error messages again.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?I had the same problem. I tried renaming corrupt_database to sqlitedb. This seems to have worked. I will make sure to back up sqlitedb from now on.
