Inappropriate?No, although Miro actually uses VLC as it's backend, with which you can easily do this.

Seems kinda silly that Miro doesn't support something so basic. I'll look into VLC a little. Thanks for the suggestion :) -
Inappropriate?Agreed. It is somewhat basic to be able to select the various audio tracks available on some video files.
