Help! Lost all data form 'audio' and 'video' > can I get it back?

Help!
I've deleted -by accident- alle files from 'audio' and 'video' in the Miro-library. I didn't know that these files were taken from their original place. I thought they were there also, so I could delete them in the miro-library. Now ALL of them are gone.. :(
There not in the trash bin ether.. :(

Can anyone please help me? Is there a way to get them back? I hope so!! All the movies from my family and friends are gone now... I'm really very depressed :(

Can anyone give me a clue?

My computer is a macbook.
