How do I configure proxy settings in Miro 2.0?
I'm unable to connect to any web page in Miro 2.0. I'm in a corporate environment and have to connect through a proxy. However, I can't seem to figure out how to set up Miro to use the proxy.

Inappropriate?Miro looks at the settings in your browser. You would probably have to find out from IT what the proxy info is and set it manually.

Inappropriate?I already have the proxy set in the browser and it works fine. any way to manually check it in miro?
-
Inappropriate? Is it set in the default browser or Firefox (or maybe FF is your default browser?)

Inappropriate?I have also seen this problem happening. I use both Windows Vista and Ubuntu Hardy in a University. They have a simple proxy address and port, no authentication needed. I have this setup in Firefox as my default browser on both Windows and Ubuntu but Miro still is not reading these proxy settings.
Is there a reason why there is not Proxy settings setup feature built into the Option control panel of Miro for the user to set manually in Miro. I mean is there some technical reason why Miro has to rely on the proxy settings from the default browser.
I’m waiting a long time
