OS X pretends I have multiple copies of Miro
In the OS X Finder when I right click on a file type that Miro supports, I can "open with" Miro. The problem is that every time I upgrade Miro, I get a duplicate copy of the icon (same version number) in the "open with" list.
This was true before version 2.0, and it's still true in 2.0.4. But when I upgraded to 2.0, for a while there, there was just the one icon.
Please help.

I did try manually rebuilding the LaunchServices database. It didn't help. -
Inappropriate?Maybe you actuallly have multiple copies of Miro on your hard disk, so try run a search?

Unfortunately, no. Just the one Application and the one folder for video downloads. -
Inappropriate?I have not tried to rebuild the LauchServices database manually, but I solved this problem by using OnyX (Maintenance/Rebuild/LaunchServices):

Thanks for persisting with your solution. OnyX's version of LaunchServices Rebuilding seems to work better than the manual way.
