Visitor overlad!?
Whenever i start miro, for the past two weeks or so, i just get the message "visitor overload!" on the welcome screen. I am able to access the miro guide in a regular browser, but apparently not in miro. What could be the reason for this? Its really frustrating cause ive been using this program for a long time now..

Still have this problem, even with the new update. I have tried a clean reinstall and googling for solutions, but with no luck. After almost two months with this issue and nowhere to get an answer, i have lost patience with this program. Wich is too bad, cause its very good(when its working), and there really isnt any other good alternatives. -
Miguel-- i think I misunderstood your comment the first time. You can see the guide correctly in a browser while at the same time not correctly in miro even when you press the 'home' button? Also, are you on windows or mac or linux?

Hi Miguel - can you try one thing for me please? Will you launch miro, then once the Visitor Overload page displays, can you click the Open in Browser button? I'm curious if you get regular guide page (http://miroguide.com) in the browser or the static page.

When i hit the home button it only reloads into the visitor overload page.
This is the url i am getting when i press the "open in browser" button: https://www.miroguide.com/static_site/
When i erase "static_site/" from the adress, leaving only "miroguide.com", i can access the full miro guide in my browser. I am on Windows Vista sp2. -
Inappropriate?Might I suggest having an option in Miro, to allow the startup default 'folder' be our own Library/Video instead of the Guide.
Done get me wrong, I appreciate the guide, but I dont need to be directed to it each time I start up Miro... I know its there..
Leave it default for newbies, but let the rest of us Option it out.
Might take a good load off the servers.
