Why is the Open/Save dialogs in Miro 2.0 for Windows non-native?

In Miro 1.0, the open/save dialog was Windows native. But the 2.0 dialogs are just confusing. The Open/Save buttons are at the bottom right, which is opposite to "normal" Windows dialog behavior.

Did you switch from XUL to GTK or QT on Windows? Or what happened and why?
