Okay, we've fixed this bug, sorry for the scare.
Here's what happened: when users sent an email to their secret pastebud address, which is always 32-character-random-string@pastebud.com, we were replying from the address noreply@pastebud.com (to prevent infinite forwarding loops from people with out-of-office replies enabled and other edge cases).
Apparently in your case and in others, people were mistaking this reply address as their secret address: so many users were all saving their clipboard using the address noreply@pastebud.com instead of their own unique ones.
We've taken two steps to fix this:
(1) The ID in the URL that we send back in our reply email is no longer tied to the clipboard itself, but is a salted md5 hash of their email contents. This greatly reduces the probability of collisions, which is already extremely unlikely.
(2) We now bounce any messages sent to addresses that do not conform to the base64-encoded md5 format, to prevent people from sending such mistaken emails.
The new code will be pushed by tomorrow morning. As we've said on the site, all of the upcoming development on pastebud for the immediate weeks will be related to privacy and security, so we're confident that issues like this are behind us.
Thanks for your patience, and let us know if there are any other concerns that you have!

Inappropriate?Hey there darrynb,
I've never come across this issue, but it certainly needs examining. Would you mind reinstalling your bookmark, and trying again? That's the best way to make sure that you have a unique ID.

Inappropriate?Hi Jed
Still having the same problem after reinstalling the bookmarks. I took screenshots of the incorrect clipboards that were on the links. The weird thing is, after reinstalling, I forwarded something to my new "secret pastebud address". Immediately after, I went to the clipboard email this morning that didn't work, clicked on it, and it showed the one I just sent. Then I waited for the actual clipboard I just sent to be emailed back, clicked on the link, and again got someone else's clipboard. I'm on twitter under the same name (I'm following you) if you want to go over this problem there. -

Inappropriate?Hi Jed.
The problem of not getting someone else's clipboard when I am first setting it up is fixed. But where do I get my "secret pastebud address" that I am supposed to add to my address book to use when I want to copy from an email? -
Inappropriate?darrynb,
Your secret address is your-id@pastebud.com, where your-id is the random 32-character alphanumeric string at the end of your bookmarklet.
The easiest thing for you to do to get your secret email address in sync is to erase your bookmarks and reinstall.
