Perhaps there's a more positive way to express "neurotic"?

"Neurotic" seems a little harsh, especially in comparison to the other attributes, which are primarily expressed as positive traits. You could reverse the whole category and call it something like "Ability to handle stress" and have the people who previously scored high on "Neurotic" score low on "Stress Capacity"...
