Tell new users how it works!

This is a truly wonderful site, and very useful. I poked around some forums and it seems that I was not alone in being a bit confused at first login. It would be really nice to tell new users upfront 2 things. 1) How to create sets and add to them. 2) That you cannot create a collection, but have to submit images for review. I was a bit frustrated at first and if there would have been some simple clarification upon sign up, it could have been avoided. Thx!
