The newsletter checkbox unchecks if an error occures in the signup form.

I just filled out the signup form, checked the "I want the newsletter dangit" checkbox, pressed submit and got an error saying my passwords didn't correspond. So I got back, fixed the error but noticed the newsletter checkbox was unchecked. In my opinion this is not very intuitive, seen as it was checked before.
