Inappropriate?I think this is a great idea, unfortunately it costs money to develop tools like these, and in reality, Pattern Tap is not heading in the direction of sites like scrnshots.com where anyone can upload anything they want.
I'm sure you'd be uploading great screenshots, but not everyone would and we'd quickly fill up with spammy images and user interface.
WE ARE definitely adding an uploader to upload your contributions to a queue for approval, and you'll get credit for your uploading, and we even have an OSX (Leopard only) application for this, but unfortunately, unless someone steps to the plate with some firefox skills or something similar, this won't be a road we're going down.
