Make project templates editable

Project templates are great, but you should be able to update them outside an actual project. This way, if you have, say, a standard list of task lists that you want to be available to all projects you can update the template and have it be reflected in all projects it is attached to. I understand this may be an issue retroactively, but as it is now, you have to rename the template if you make changes and have to maintain a fake project to create the template. It is just not intuitive or very useful this way.
