Account limited as related to another limited account before?!

Well recently my account got limited on paypal according to them i'm linked to an account which got limited as it did not follow the policies laid out by then... later investigating i found out that it was my sons paypal that had got limited and he now no longer uses paypal for what so ever reasons.

I made this personal paypal address to do some online shopping only. I even verified my account. So my question being as my account is verified it clearly proves that my son is not making another account on paypal and the activity on my account will not be at all like he had, that it can be compared. Anyways coming to the point so due to my son's account getting limited does that imply that anyone from my household can no longer use paypal at all ?? Clearly my account getting limited even after i got it verified is a little annoying.
