Can I lift the monthy withdraw limit of the limited account ?
Hi,
My PP account was limited for 180 days and I can withdraw the fund to my bank account now. The problem is balance is $3000, but the monthy withdraw limit of my limited account is $500. Can I add a Credit card to lift the withdraw limit, or I have to wait 6 months to withdraw all my money?

I'm going to suggest you proceed very carefully from here because you mentioned utility bills are in your parents' names.
If you are under the age of 18, it's a violation of our User Agreement for you to have a PayPal account, so reaching out to PayPal is not going to lift the limitation and may result in further limitations.
