Can I pay just using paypal balance without adding bank account?
I live between two countries, Saudi Arabia and UK, and have opened a UK paypal account but I dont have a bank account or debit/credit card for my UK address and cannot use my Saudi address as it has restrictions - cannot receive any funds. Can I pay and receive funds just using the balance in my account, or is it not possibe to do this without attaching bank details. Please advise. thank you.

That depends on your Sending Limit. Your Sending Limit is the total amount of money you can send with PayPal before you complete PayPal's Verification process. To view your sending limit, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.co.uk/
2. Click the 'View Limits' link on the Account Overview page
To become Verified and lift your sending limit, log in to your PayPal account and click the 'Unverified' link on your Account Overview page. Follow the instructions provided to get Verified. Verification not only offers you increased security, it lets others know you are a confirmed member of the PayPal community.
Once your limit is reached, payments can not be sent until you become Verified.
