I wanted to verify my card, but when I came to bank and asked for details, there was no 4-digital code. only the fact that $1.95 (or 55 rubles as I'm Russian) left 2 times (probably 'coz I tried to verify it 2 times).

The details would be integrated into the transaction line sent to the bank/credit card. The transaction should have shown on the statement next to the word PayPal. The full transaction details may take a few days to post.
If you do not see, either through your card/bank statement on line or in a paper statement, the 4 digit code, please contact us via phone or encrypted email by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of your PayPal homepage.
