Customers having issues connecting to client's Paypal payment screens
One of my clients runs an online store. Order information is collected via a GoDaddy shopping cart product and then passed off to Paypal for completion. A few customers have reported issues during this transition. We've researched the issue online and put up this page to address any IE browser bugs:

Is there anything else we can do to eliminate these errors from happening??

Inappropriate?Hi Nathan-
This sounds like something that our developers group might be able to help out with. I'm not sure where in the payment process your issue is occurring, so they may be able to help troubleshoot further. With it happening to some people but not others, sounds like there might be some variables in play here.
If you go www.paypal.com/developer, click on the "Integration" tab at the top of the screen. Scroll down the left-hand column to the bottom and you'll see the option to either open up a support ticket or to post a question to your peers in the PayPal Development Community.
There are also lots of other resources in this area in case you'd like to explore it further after working through the specifics of your current situation.
Thanks,
PayPal Jason
