Help, My Paypal Account is Still Limited!

Hi, my name is Christopher Bismarck and recently my account has been limited. I have sent in all the required info to have the limitations removed, but it is taking a long time for anybody to review my account. I was hoping that you could get my account reviewed for me, so I can get back to using my account. My account was limited wrongfully. My friend sent me some money through paypal as a gift and my account was limited because of that. My friend has already told paypal that he authorized the transaction, but there has been no sign of the limitations being lifted and I have heard nothing from paypal. I have completed all the steps and one of them says in progess and I still have no answer from paypal.
