How do I remove this limitation?

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

# Oct. 22, 2007: We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially high risk.


How can I remove this limitation, the resulolution center tells me to send in an ID or invoices, wich I dont got.

What to do now?
