How to unblock PayPal account and get my money?

PayPal blocked my account when I tried to withdraw money. Now PayPal keep wanting other and other documents which even dont exists. I am really confused and I dont know what to do.. :( They disagree to communicate with me through email and communication through PayPal webforms is very confusing, nearly impossible. PayPal wrotes me, I can call them on number 00353 143 69 111, but it will long call and very expensive for me from Czech Republic.

Is it possible that PayPal will call me?

What can I do? I have done nothing illegal nor prohibitive - just want my money!

    Hi dali-

    I'm not sure what communication PayPal sent to you. You shouldn't need to call someone to get resolution to your issue. The webforms are intended to help sort a question so that it gets to the appropriate team. I'd suggest using the webform through the Contact Us link and following this path:

    1. Log in, as this opens up a more specific path for limitations
    2. Click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of your Account Overview screen and follow the steps to get to Email
    3. Choose the Negative Balance / Limitations main topic
    4. Choose the subtopic that fits your limitation
    5. In the summarize your question box, note (and you can copy this word for word if you'd like) "Previous reply was not specific, need details for my account."

    If you still get a generic response that does not discuss your actual circumstances that you outline on the page that follows, please let me know.

    Thanks a lot for your reply. The thing is that even you doesnot give me answers I need. I try to be more specific and axact. The case number of my isssue is (Your case ID for this reason is PP-719-869-303.)

    1) I sold flight credit with Vrigin Blue airlines through eBay Australia. I dont have any paper documents from Virgin Blue. It all goes through phone and email and I also send only booking reference number to my eBay customer.

    2) I thought I wouldnot be able to withdraw money from my PayPal account because my bank told that my bank account doesnot support international transaction and I dont have an IBAN number for my bank account.

    3) I sent the money to my mom PayPal account becouse she has bank account with IBAN, b ut after that we realise that there would be a problem with withdrawal becouse my mom doesnot have a credit/debit card and PayPal wants also that.

    4) Meanwhile I found on some web forum, that I should be able to withdraw money to my bank account in Czech Republic even if my bank account doesnot support international transactions becouse withdrawal from PayPal in Czech Republic goes from czech account and IBAN number could be generated.

    5) So we transfer the money back from my mom PayPal account to my account

    6) I put a withdrawal request through PayPal and PayPal blocked withdrawal and even blocked the income transaction from my mom and blocked my PayPal account

    I already sent some docs to PayPal, but they keep wanting:

    - Contact information (phone number, email, etc.) for your supplier or suppliers in some paper document

    I dont know what document should I sen to PayPal... ...I dont have what they want and Phone number for Virgin is not hard to find. What should I do?

    - Proof of address
    •Utility Bill

    I dont have any utility bill on my name. I live with my mom and every such a bill is on her name. What should I do here?

    For the first transaction I already sent the electronic envoices twice to PayPal. I dont have any paper document
    For the second transaction there is no invoice - I only sent money to my mom and she sent me money back. What should I do?

    I also dont have scanner so its really hard for me to get any doc scanned, b ut there is nearly nothing to scan like I wrote more up.

    You understand that I am going through awfull experience.
