I have submitted proof of address and I am waiting for it to be checked by staff to remove the "Limited" status on my account.

If you have used the fax cover sheet printed from your PayPal account, the time frame for a review is dramatically reduced.
Using the cover sheet allows the documentation to be attached to your PayPal account quickly and efficiently.
Once the documentation is attached to your PayPal account, the review should take place within 24-72 hours.
