Merchant cancelled my order, how do I get my money back?
The Merchant (Hottopic.com) cancelled my order because the item I bought was out of stock. I paid with Paypal. It says that the transaction is still pending but I have already received a cancellation email from them saysing that they haven't charged me. Hpw do I get my money back?

If you used a PayPal Debit Card, an authorization can stay pending for up to 5 days after the charge.
If you used a credit card, the order will show as cancelled as soon as the merchant cancels it but it could take up to 30 days to reflect on your credit card balance depending on your card processor

I talked to a CSR from Hot Topic and they voided the transaction and refunded my money.
