My country is not in the country list. Can i join?
I am Bangladeshi. Bangladesh is not in pay pal country list. is there any way by which I can sign up in Pay Pal? (I also dont have a credit card.Is Bangladeshi bank account allowed.)

Unfortunately, as you mentioned, we are not yet providing services for Bangladesh . Establishing our service in each new country or region involves complex changes due to different regulations. We are always looking to expand our availability; however, due to the complexities of global expansion, we cannot provide a specific time frame. We are working hard and look forward to expanding our services to additional countries and regions in the future

Hi Amanda,
What is the process if you think to provide service to Bangladesh? Is this the central bank (Bangladesh Bank) which has to propose to you first? Or is this the ministry of commerce? Or is it PayPal itself?
In other countries like India, do you have any agreement with any government entity?
