No steps to remove the limitation
My account was limited due to adding and removing credit cards.(all verified) After clicking "learn how to remove the limitation", there was no table including the steps. So, isn't it an error?

It's best for an account specific situation to speak to someone who can discuss your account after verifying your identity. Please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of your PayPal homepage to either speak to someone by phone or submit an encrypted email.

Well Amanda, I just spent 1.5 hours on the phone with a couple of customer service people who seem to have no clue. One of them even told me to fax my social security card to them so they could verify my name and number before my limit could be increased. Do these people think that their customers are stupid. What's the alternative -

I was trying to remove my limitation also but I don't have any steps either. I've emails them but i keep getting the same generated emails back. Trying to find another way to get in contact with someone who can help me besides calling there customer service all the way in india

Inappropriate?Good luck guys. It seems that when Paypal suspends your account (even by mistake) they consider the account dead and they refuse to re-enable your account.
Not to mention their customer service Reps are clueless, unhelpful, and rude. It's like they pay people just to take the phone off of the hook. I've never actually been helped with a problem once by their "customer service".
