Paypal account limited

I have had my paypal account limited for over a month now despite sending in the neccessary proof of my identity and address they asked addtional questions to which i have answered. sucks bigtime all i want is a decision to be made on my account so i can go looking elsewere with my buisness because xmas is near, i had my account since early 2007 and when i decided i wanted to sell on ebay it limited straight away.
