Paypal are keeping my money.

I have a personal PayPal account. I have a villa in Florida that I rent out on a short term rental basis. I received a deposit of $200 from a renter through Paypal. Paypal have now locked down my account. They are asking me to do things that are impossible to complete. Check my video:

they keeping my 75 euros too cause my account limited.
they want statement of my bank account but problem is
we cannot receive statement of bank accounts.its deposit account.
only visa elecron cars can get statement.
