Its got limited. And it asks for shipment details. But I am an article writer, I directly delivered the articles to the buyers email address after receiving the payment then how I will give PayPal shipment proof. I have already submitted my voter id in PayPal. Anyone knows how can I restore my account?

Inappropriate?I'm afraid that paypal act like they are robots and you will probably have to start using the postal service.
I no someone who was selling mobile phone top up vouchers via email and as he couldnt send proof of sent item, all sorts of disputes were been opened an in the end gave up as it was more trouble than it's worth trying to get a normal response of paypal.
Best to re-send copy of what you have sent to Buyer through mail with Tracking Details or it will be limited for months !!!!
