Paypal Limited account w/o steps to remove the limitation

ive email paypal but i receive an automated mail which tell me to do the steps to remove the limitation, but the problem theres nothing to do. so do you mean if i confirm my identity by adding bank account my account will be active again?

btw if i succesfully added my bank account and it is still limited can i easily remove it ?

This is a very funny gimmick by PayPal. If you add a bank account and then you still get a limited access status then theres no way you can remove the bank account you added or the credit card if you added that. So before you add a bank account or a credit card you should be sure and confident that you want to add it and that you can't remove it unless your account limited status is restored. This happened to me and by the experience PayPal limited accounts take minimum 6 months or so to get restored again. This is a hardship to all paypal customers but they just wont stop asking for more and more info. You give them a bank account and next they'll ask you for a credit card. so if you don't have a credit card then you are in trouble as your funds will be blocked in the limited account for god knows how many days. You give them an id and they'll ask you for another utility bill. This demand series just goes on for more than 6 months.

This is happening to me as well. I added my credit card but my account is still limited. This is not fair. I wrote emails to paypal many times, but all I got were auto reply emails. I will call them tomorrow. Paypal sucks.

I think there should be a process of warnings before PayPal just freezes the account of a member. Also they should not freeze the withdrawing functions from account. What they should do is freeze all future transactions of sending, receiving and withdrawing but complete all those that have already taken place. And the credit card gimmick played by PayPal is indeed a funny and most unjust. If they areso hung up on the credit card verification then they shouldn't let anyone sign up without providing credit card info right at sign up. This is like they are playing a game. God knows what happens to money in account they limit and cannot be De-limited because the user does not have a credit card. Does PayPal eat up all that money? That makes PayPal thieves in a sense.

I have problem with paypal also, they lock my account each time i receive money!!!! The problem is that i have a business to run but they dont care
i called them several time to explain them, but they tell is the procedure,
wich procedure?? It's my money after all ! PayPal its just a way to being
paid, now they keep more than 1800Euros so actually neither my customer
and i have the money, only paypal !! So to solve the problem, they ask me
to send my product first, then send proof of delivery to being paid.
I dream or what???? So to be clear, send your product for free , and maybe
after that we will consider wether you can being paid or not????

I wait for paypal staff to give me a honest reply, if they can.

I contact paypal by email and phone, they tell fax documents to them, i fax it but they still limit my account. I don't know why? Please help me, thanks a lot.
