Unable to provide requested proof of address (utility bill), how to remove account limitation?

Last December I tried to make a transaction with the site tennisonline.es.
Because I recently changed job and consequently office address, I added the new address to my account so I could receive my order directly at work.
Paypal then limited my account claiming that they suspected it had been accessed by an unauthorized third party. After that I was asked to update my security questions, my password and provide a proof of address. This proof can only be an Utility Bill. The problem is I don't get any kind of personal bill at my office's address, I never did. So I sent a copy of my wage slip which clearly proves that I work there but Paypal says it's not valid.
Meanwhile I completed the transaction with tennisonline.es through a classic bank transfer and I want to remove the problematic address from my account and remove all the limitations. I already deleted the address but the account remains limited.
The case ID is PP-603-542-612.

Inappropriate?sign up for one of those prepaid visa cards and have it mailed to the address you want. It will show that it is a BANK ACCOUNT and that is pretty darn important like a utility bill. Also, maybe apply for credit from somewhere that you know you will be turned down by, and they will send you a rejection letter to the address you give them. And for a third document, sign up for a magazine subscription or something like that..something that gets mailed to you. You can temporarily change the home address on your current bank account to the address you need proven, and tell them you lost your (& need a new) debit card & they will mail one to you. If you have 3 or 4 things that show that address, PayPal is more inclined to believe you. OH....any documents you show them as proof of address need to be less than 3 months old. They have to be rather new for them to know you are there currently. Hope this helps!
