US PayPal Account Monthly Withdrawal Limit

Hello, I wonder why PayPal has not reset my monthly withdrawal limit until now? I thought I would be able to withdraw my money on the 6th of November but looks like my limit has not been reset to $500 yet. I'm not comfortable to register my credit card and social security PIN as I was once victimized by identity theft and the whole experience was horrible. Been trying to call PayPal but their voice system makes it impossible. Hope someone can help..
