what are the chances of the limitations placed on my paypal account being lifted?
I never really sold much on ebay until recently and my paypal account got limited due to it. I submitted everything paypal asked for. and called to follow up and spoke to linda. Linda told me that nothing could be done until after the 21 day hold period due to me possible selling bootleg dvds. which is not the case. they are the real deal.. No help at all. Then i received an email from Shane and said for me to contact them again until the merchandised had been delivered. i dont expect all orders to be delivered until monday 7/27/09. i have read so many horrible stores of accounts being limited past 180 days. what are my chances of my account limitations being lifted?

I can't speak to the specifics of your situation. I don't know what's been asked specifically of you for documentation or what has been provided in support of lifting the limitation.
I can tell you that if your account has a 180 day limitation placed on it, the funds become available to you after that even if PayPal chooses not to do further business with you. This is detailed in the PayPal User Agreement. That timeframe is the window of time in which a buyer has the right to dispute a transaction with their credit card company.
