What can i do to "Proof of Address"
Hello! I've tried to make a payment for eBay purchase, but somewhy my debit card didn't worked (later ebay surrort told me what i can use it without paypal accoutn only once) so i decided to use paypal, but instantly after creation of account i got limited (because i'm from Russia! How smart!) - i resolved everything i can, but "Proof of Address" which i have no idea how can i proof it - i have no bills on my name, because i'm paying paying for place i do live, and here in Russia there is no sort of cell phone bills and i have no auto insurance. How else can i proof my address? I'm afraid to be late to pay for purchased item in proper time.
The way i see: Last time i did a purchase on ebay successfully and i still have a package with three (two on english and one on russian) places where is my address and my name written together - can i take a photo\scan of this and use as sort of proof? Also i can include my passport scan, but name there is not written on english and there is no address where i do live.
Regards,
Andrey

Amanda, why not to help your customer right now? Other people would read the answer too. It is so obvious, people will call to the customer service again and again and your employees answer again and again the same questions instead of concentration on issues that real matters. -
