Why is my account access still limited?
I followed all the steps to remove my account limitation a week after I had been limited, shipment has cleared, and yet the limitation has not been removed. My account access has been limited since 19 July, I have completed all the steps required to remove the limitation, and I have still not heard from PayPal at all concerning the issue. There is $1000 in the account, and having just started college, I need the money soon to help pay my bills.

Please check your resolution center on the account. If all of the steps have been checked off for lifting your limitation and you still do not have access to your funds for the transaction(s) in question, contact PayPal at 402-935-2050 to ask when the limitation will be lifted.
