why oh why is paypal so hard!?
My account has been limited for days now with no contact from paypal. Today they have also added a new 'limit' so now I can neither close my account / withdraw money OR receive payments!!!

Inappropriate?Your customers will get an email saying something to the effect that your paypal acct can not accept payments. So you should contact any customers you have sold to since the limit. HOW to get the limit lifted is another question.
