I am attempting to insert a dynamic html page created using GeoGebra into my wiki. I have attemtped pasting the html as a plugin and it only dispalys 1/2 my link when I save.

I can't put an HTML on my wiki. It is from the Weather Channel and is called "Weather on your Website". I have tried it on three different computers and it doesnt work, it stops after I paste the HTML.

Why isn't PBwiki saving my format? I edit my page to have a single space between paragraphs and remove the links so they are in text form, and when I save it and look at it, there are approximately three spaces between paragraphs, new paragraphs have been formed, a space is missing between HarvardUniversity, and my links are still hyper links.

dopplr badge not working with PBwiki 2

I can't get the dopplr badge to work in my Sidebar. I'm using the HTML plugin, but it just displays blank space. There is some javascript - perhaps that's not allowed? Is there a workaround?

FYI -- the 30boxes badge that is javascript-based did not work either. I saw another post that perhaps the HTML was too "long" for the widget. However, the dopplr code is only about 3 lines.

Cell Background Color is Broken

In PBwiki 2.0, I was editing a table that I had just created, and I added a background color to one of the cells. When I saved my page, the background color had not changed. I currently use Firefox.

When I checked out the page source, pbwiki had added a bgcolor attribute to the cell in question. I was able to fix the problem by changing it to a style attribute (namely, style="background-color:<color>"), but this hack really should not be necessary.</color>

Hey folks,

PBwiki (and several other sites) had some connectivity issues. We've been posting updates to the blog, but in a nutshell, the datacenter where our servers are housed had a power outage.

Once we had some of our servers up, we had PBwiki go into read-only mode, so you could at least read your wikis, if not edit them.

We've brought most everything back up, and you should be able to log in and edit your wikis now. We'll be continuing work thorough tonight to get the last few things fixed.

The data on your wikis is safe. :)

Again, keep an eye on the blog (http://blog.pbwiki.com), and I'm sure we'll have more updates for you tomorrow.

It would be nice if the wikistyle for links is able to determine if the link is an internal or external link, and then automatically make external links open in a new window. This is standard usability best practice for links.

Yes, I know you can add the target="_blank" attribute and value within an <a> tag. I find it much cleaner maintaining pages without having to resort to HTML.

Incorrect warning message when saving a page

Problem: saving page edits prompts warning for leaving page without saving

A week or so ago I began getting the warning message ("Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?") when I tried to simply save a page I'd just edited. This appears to be a bug of some sort. I can then click OK to continue and the edits are saved, but this warning isn't needed at this point.
