Can you integrate a Intranet DB query into a PBWiki page?

I'm evaluating PBWiki as an intranet solution. We currently have a database in which we keep lots of information, including staff contact data. Is there a way to have that information render into a PBWiki page? some sort of widget or API?

security concern with Acceptable Use Policy functionality

My sites (v 1.0) require agreement to an Acceptable Use Policy. I just gave access to a new user and trained them personally. I always have users edit a page so that the Acceptable Use Policy will be "activated" and they will need to agree in order to proceed. This did not occur today. Three weeks ago (+/-) a reliable regular user reported that she had to re-agree to the Acceptable Use Policy on 2 wikis (same day).
Re-signing is an annoyance, but failure of the required signing is a security issue for me. Is there a problem with this function??

How do I link sidebars titles to folders?

I've read that sidebars appear on every page, but I can also see the sidebar and folders sections. Is this due to my administrator status? How do I link from a title in the sidebar to my folders for users who can't see both? So far I can link to an individual page but how do I link to a whole folder where I've set up related pages?

My site keeps showing lots of visitors from California but the count doesn't seem to be going up. Are these real hits? I am in Iowa and my site really isn't advertised much, so I was wondering if somehow I am showing false hits or something? Otherwise a serious amount of Californians are enjoying my jh English website. Just curious...

collapsible TOC

I could use some help with the collapsibleToc function from the widget library
http://widget.pbwiki.com/collapsibleToc

The Widget Library gives widget.collapsibleToc(elem, bullet, collapseAll); as the function.

I've created an ordered list in a div (MegaToc), and I've loaded widget.collapsibleToc ('MegaToc', '+|-', collapseAll) into my sidebar, where I have other widgets (working) loaded as well.

What is showing up is the ordered list with numbers rather than +/- and no collapsing functionality. Is there a collapseAll function that I need to load? If yes, where might I find it?

If the wiki weren't private, i would share the link..

Any hints??

add button for Add Tag"

I created a new button called "Add Tag". This is because I have chosen to suppress the footer which unfortunately obscures the way to do page tagging.

By adding a new button, which shows up for every user, how to tag should be pretty obvious.

Problem is: How do I amend the addButton code so that it will actually add the tag? Creating the button was easy: I used the following code from the widget library to get the button to appear:
