Hi

I inserted a TOC which didn't list headings despite marking them Heading 1, 2 3 etc. SO I went to the source view and realised that some of the headings were listed as <h1><style> where as others where <h1> , when I change the heading code placing the heading code seperate and first then the headings all appeared in the TOC, I then saved check in view and they were all there. I then went in to amend the document, added to it and then pressed save again, now all the headings have not only disappeared form the TOC but also from the document.

This has happened not only in one page but in a number of my pages. When I go back into history to where they are all listed as soon as I amend and save the document they disappear again??

Please help - I have to either keep adding all the headings to my document or not add anymore content - worse than that is that I am loosing confidence that other information is not lost along with the headings. The document is long I can't go back and look at all the information, we are using this to document our research its important that we don't loose information.

my table of contents doesn't contain all of my headings. I have a page in my wiki that has 6 headings (all in Heading format and separated by a line) but only three will show up in the table of contents for that page. what am I doing wrong??
