Recently active topics in PBwiki tagged with newbie

i want to add some kind of forum so people can leave comments or questions. i know there is no option for this on wiki so what can i do? i am using this wiki for education and i am not particularly good at this kind of thing and only have a basic understanding of html so if you could make the help you give as simple as possible - or at least very easy to understand.

i know it is asking a lot - but thank you in advance for any of your help
