Recently active topics in PBwiki tagged with quickstart

I've got 3 tabs - QuickStart, Recent Activity and SideBar. How can I get the SideBar to show by default to anyone visiting my wiki?

Is it possible either to delete or to reorder the quickstart and the recent visitors features of the sidebar?

I want to EDIT the quickstart sidebar. Followed steps 1, 2,3. Still no access!!!

You need three gold stars to get these privileges. No matter how many people I invite to the wiki - or grant access -- I still do not get the gold star for #3. PB wiki keeps telling me I've "only completed two of the three tasks".

I've added 18 colleagues! And still no access. :(

Without access to Quick Start editing, I am forced to use the SIDEBAR. And since QuickStart is the default, most people never click on it.

PLEASE HELP!
