can the webinars be viewable online and/or not in Windows Media format?

We will soon be using wikis for student group projects and we are looking for some easy beginning steps they need to know. I would like to walk a whole class through the tutorial at once. I thought I had used your tutorial a couple of years ago when I started my first wiki.
